Re-thinking Behaviour

At this workshop, participants were encouraged to think about the challenge of guiding behaviour – and to consider that maybe it’s time to re-think children’s (and our own) behaviour.

How can we work with families, colleagues and the community to support children’s development?

This training session assisted participants to explore each family’s cultural context and understanding of children’s behaviour and manage conflicting priorities and difficult situations.

It introduced empathy as a tool and considered different perspectives, including those of children, families and educators.
