Early Childhood Educator

Full time 4 or 5 day week Lilyfield, inner west Sydney

We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our close-knit team and help us create a welcoming and inclusive environment where both children and educators thrive.

The role

Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
Foster children's development through choice, agency, and holistic growth.
Create a safe and nurturing environment prioritising health, hygiene, and emotional wellbeing.
Collaborate closely with families and our friendly team to build meaningful and respectful relationships.

We are looking for

A qualified Certificate III or Diploma holder in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education, or currently pursuing one.
Patient, empathetic, adaptable and creative, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledgeable about regulations and frameworks, including the National Quality Standards, Education and Care Services National Law, and the EYLF.
